Cu2Cl(OH)3
Atacamite is an uncommon mineral that occurs primarily in copper deposits in arid zones. It commonly occurs as slender prismatic green crystals that can look almost black from some angles, particularly the terminations, or as nodules. Early specimens from Moonta-Wallaroo and Kadina are arguably the best in the world.
